Extend field support to Sales team in presales activity, site survey, Preparation of BOQ, Timely

Execution of Installation, Commissioning and Handing over of system


Administrative Responsibility

Customer creation and Quotation creation
Timely completion of Installation activity and updating the same in SAP
Recruitment of technical manpower (Installation team) and Training
Coordinating with the Regional commercial head in stocks indenting.
Meeting with the Regional Sales head and updating him on the site status and other issues
Meeting with the Sales leaders and addressing all technical related issues.
WKLY report updating on the activity done in the region
Monthly report on the complete activity done in the region
Implementation of policies and systems
Certifying the defective and non moving units and dispatching to warehouse.

Functional Responsibility

Closely monitor all high value sales installation activity.
Visiting the sites along with Sales team for technical meeting
Helping the sales team in system designing and BOQ making.
Accompanying and helping the sales team for order finalization.
Training the Sales team on product basics and product features.
Training the Technical team on System basics and Products
Testing of newly introduced products and feedback to THQ
Quality check on field post Installation and Commissioning
Closely working with the Technical team on technical issues
Product quality check and feedback to THQ.
Visiting customer’s sites along with Technical team and addressing technical issues.

Development Responsibility

Grooming of Installation Enggs ,identifying training need and arrange training

Principal Accountability

Approving all high value quotation above Rs 100000.
On time completion of all Installation request received.
Training Sales and Technical team on products
